Manipuri music teacher beaten to death for objecting to noise outside Delhi home

Chongtham Vikram Singh, a gifted guitarist, died after being beaten outside his home. He had gone to stop intoxicated men creating a disturbance near his residence. Singh was found in a critical state and rushed to the hospital. Doctors found his blood pressure had fallen critically low. He succumbed to his injuries Monday morning during treatment.
